We also provide stress-free integration to Accounting, Point of Sale and Custom built application software. For accommodation reservations we integrated with leading role players in (OTA) Online Travel Agencies such as Bookings.com, Expedia & Agoda to name a few.
Our purpose is to help venues manage their reservations on one easy to use system, may it be a wedding, function, conference, activity, room or even an event ticket. Functions, Weddings & Conferences
Because we realised early in our development that venues are more than just rooms we’ve designed the solution to look after any type of event professional. Our built-in function sheets will help you to capture all your customer’s requirements and record it on the reservation. We also designed a detailed daily planner report to assist you with set up, from seating arrangements up to menu selection. In this functionality we incorporated the Registration/RSVP link to assist your customer with their attendees list. By using this link we capture all your guests’ details in a well-ordered attendees list. This is also a great service you can offer your customer to ease off the scuffle to manage these lists. Pre-loaded attachments also helps you to circulate your contracts, packages, directions and menu’s etc. with one click to your customer. We’ve really gone through extensive detail to assist venues managing any type of event professionally and efficiently.
This functionality will offer you a real time availability Calendar, 3 step booking options for guests/venue, automated invoice with attachments (i.e. Directions, House rules, booking forms etc.) with Online payment options. You can also add any type of item to the accommodation invoice. The solution offers key deposit, unlimited users, and audit trail of users per booking, unlimited resources. In this solution we also incorporated various detailed reporting to help you manage your accommodation resources. Check in/out, Housekeeping reports will help you to welcome your customer professional with all additional requirements neatly listed for customer arrival. Automated registration indemnity for each guest on arrival. Our check in mail allows you to mail all your guests checking in a welcoming note with directions and details checking in with one click.
The Ticket solution will allow you to set up your own events, big or small, sell tickets online and manage your own ticketed event. This function also comes with a ticket scanner to assist you with your arrivals with an easy scanning option or manual entry option. To book a ticket is only 3 steps before your customer gets he’s professional ticket with QR Code integrated in the ticket. This functionality is also used to set up and sell vouchers online for any type of offer by the venue. Detailed reporting on your events will assist you to manage any type of event skilfully.
Adventures & Activities
The Solution offers various elements to manage any type of adventure or activity professionally. The solution offers, self-management timeslot & rates, real time availability, 3-step booking option, automated invoice with attachments, unlimited users or facilitators, unlimited activities, activity monitor detailed report, pre allocation of facilitators to timeslots, web based registration with indemnity application, issuing of a certificate for each guest.
Online Travel Channels
The Channel Manager will allow you to manage your own Online Travel Associations. Set your own commissions and rates, upload images, update descriptions, block or open rooms. It will also allow you to choose who you would prefer as your channel managers with an easy selection functionality. Easy user friendly way to management your channels. No more waiting period for travel/channel managers to update your rates, you can change your rates in seconds! It will also help you to see which channel offers you the most reservations and enable you to discontinue your relationship with a channel with immediate effect. It will also allow you to see which other channels is available and with one tick you can get listed with them.
The Venue Link Solution will allow you to create links to other businesses and channels i.e. Travel Operators, Agencies, Tourism Associations, Organizations and your neighbour Venues with your Real time availability for Accommodation, Activities or Events. It will define the nature of the interaction (commissions can be none, flat rate, percentage or cost plus) and give you a detailed report of all reservations received.
